The Delegate Thomas S. Hutchinson Maryland Scholarship
Applications will be accepted January 26, 2026 through
April 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.
This Scholarship is open to students who live in Maryland Legislative District 37B and are planning to attend a two or four-year Maryland college, university, or accredited trade school.

Eligibility: Active full-time high school student or undergraduate.
​
Students who have received the award in previous years are encouraged to reapply!
